* Monitor and evaluate the quality, consistency and impact of immersive learning across the Group.
* Collect and analyse data on usage, engagement and outcomes to inform improvement and investment.
* Act as the key point of contact for immersive learning and support cross‑campus collaboration and best‑practice sharing.
Who You Are:
* A digital learning or educational technology professional with at least three years’ experience in implementing innovative learning technologies.
* Highly knowledgeable in immersive learning, VR/AR platforms, and digital pedagogy.
* Skilled in curriculum integration, staff development, and leading organisation‑wide digital initiatives.
* An excellent communicator able to influence, inspire, and motivate staff at all levels.
* Digitally confident, proactive, organised, and committed to continuous improvement.
* Able to work independently, collaboratively, and flexibly across multiple campuses.
