An experienced and resilient Advanced Supported Living Manager is required to oversee Supported Living services supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex/high-risk needs.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader with experience managing complex services and supporting teams within Supported Living or Learning Disability settings.
The Role
You will:
Lead and develop small support teams
Oversee person-centred care and support delivery
Implement risk assessments, support plans and PBS strategies
Support adults with autism and behaviours that challenge
Ensure compliance, quality and positive outcomes across services
Work closely with health professionals, MDTs and families
Participate in on-call duties and regional supportRequirements
Experience managing or supervising Supported Living services
Strong background supporting adults with autism and complex needs
Experience managing behaviours that challenge
Excellent leadership and communication skills
QCF/RQF Level 3 in Health & Social Care minimum
Full UK driving licence essentialDesirable xsngvjr
Forensic or high-risk service experience
Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) experience
Level 5 qualification or willingness to work towardsBenefits
