A company in Hemel Hempstead are now seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support them on an interim basis for 3-4 months. If you are an experienced HR Business Partner who is able to deliver strategic and solutions focused HR services across various departments within a business then this could be a great interim opportunity. This role is to start ASAP therefore you must be immediately available for an interim position and be able to commute to Hemel Hempstead as you will be required to work some days in the office. The role is central to driving service improvement, organisational effectiveness, and commercial outcomes. Key responsibilities: Partner with senior leaders and deliver strategic HR interventions Lead on performance management and succession planning Analyst KPIs Drive continuous improvement in the HR delivery Lead on recruitment for senior roles Support complex ER cases Ensure compliance at all time Support employee engagement initiativesFor this role we are looking for the following experience: Proven experience within a HR Business Partner capacity Experience wit Employee Relation cases Knowledge of employment law, diversity agenda and HR best practice Skilled stakeholder engagement, negotiation and change management Comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentPlease do note before applying - Due to the nature of this business, we are only able to consider those that can join this project as a temporary worker, as such you'd be paid weekly (PAYE) and it would be at a day rate holiday accrual equivalent to c.£55,000pa.
