We are working with a leading international insurance broker who are seeking to hire an M&A Claims Associate in London. This position is a great opportunity to join a growing company and gain exposure to all facets of the M&A insurance industry.
Responsibilities include:
* Assist in managing claims under W&I and tax insurance policies
* Review transaction documents (SPAs, disclosure letters, policy wordings)
* Analyse legal and factual issues relating to claims
* Liaise with insurers, brokers, clients, and external counsel
* Support negotiation and resolution of claims
* Track claims progress and prepare internal/external reports
About you:
* Law degree
* Experience in corporate/M&A, disputes, or insurance
* Strong analytical and drafting skills
* High attention to detail and organisation
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
