Location: Chantrey House Children’s Homes – Southport
Salary: £35,375 - £37,625 depending on experience
Annual Bonus: £1750 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About The Role
Chantrey House is an established, 3 bedded children’s home for young people aged 11 to 17. The home is in Southport, easily accessible from surrounding parts of Merseyside and Lancashire
This position is not shift work, does not have sleep ins and is working Monday to Friday. There may on occasions be the requirement to pick up if required to meet the needs of the young people in the home. Sleep ins are paid at an additional £45 per sleep in.

Do I have what it takes to apply?
1. Essential - QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare/Level 3 Diploma Children and Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent)
2. Essential - Suitable experience at Senior/Team leader or Deputy manager level specifically within a residential home for children, leading on shifts and following the children’s homes regulations.

This is a permanent position, if you have right to work but with an expiry date, we are more than welcome to receive your application but please note you would only be eligible for an interim contract linked to your RTW expiry.
