Since our launch, weve raised over £240m from top-tier investors (including QED), helped over 10,000 customers get behind the wheel, and were scaling rapidly.
To take things to the next level, were seeking a sharp, driven, and commercially-minded Head of Partnerships to lead and scale one of our most strategically important growth areas.
Your Mission
Youll take the reins on developing and owning our partnership strategy—from shaping our Approved Dealership network to building scalable acquisition channels with third parties. Youll have significant autonomy and responsibility from day one, with the opportunity to define what partnerships at Carmoola truly mean.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, thinks commercially, and knows how to build something from scratch. Youll own the strategy and deliver it—working hands-on with internal teams and external partners to make things happen.
What Youll Be Doing
* Build and lead our dealership strategy: Launch and scale our ‘Approved Dealership programme which positions Carmoola as a central part of the car buying ecosystem
* Develop a clear B2B proposition: Craft messaging, materials, and outreach strategies that resonate with partners and drive real value.
* Form and grow new strategic partnerships: Identify and deliver high-impact collaborations with brokers, aggregators, publishers, and affiliates, in collaboration with the wider Marketing team
* Collaborate to deliver: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Ops to bring ideas to life in a scalable, customer-centric way.
* Use data to optimise: Analyse performance, run experiments, and drive continuous improvement across all partnership efforts.
* Strengthen existing relationships: Be a thoughtful and proactive partner to our existing ecosystem, from price comparison sites to brokers.
Requirements
What Youll Bring
* Experience in partnerships, commercial strategy, or business development—ideally from a top-tier consulting firm, a fast-growth startup, or both.
* Commercial acumen with a strong bias to action—you spot opportunities and move fast to capture them.
* Top-tier problem-solving skills—you think clearly, structure ideas well, and stay calm under pressure.
* A track record of getting things done—youve delivered high-impact projects end-to-end, not just built slide decks.
* Great with people—youre confident externally, collaborative internally, and naturally bring others along with you.
* Comfortable with ambiguity—you like building things from scratch and figuring stuff out as you go.
* Highly autonomous and motivated—you take ownership, move fast, and follow through.
* Genuine excitement for Carmoolas mission and the chance to shape the future of how people get on the road.
