Role Responsibilities:
* Developing and managing candidate relationships, both new and existing
* Building client relationships via phone and face-to-face meetings
* Headhunting passive candidates
* Understanding market sectors and recruitment needs
* Visiting clients and conducting candidate interviews
* Tailoring candidate CVs and promoting the brand through social media and networking
