The successful candidate will manage and coordinate the design process from tender stage through to project completion, ensuring all designs are compliant, buildable, secure, and delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the design process throughout pre-construction and construction stages. Coordinate architects, consultants, and specialist subcontractors to ensure design deliverables meet programme requirements.
