You will bring your real-world experience into the classroom, ensuring every learner develops practical skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed in the security sector. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and compliant training sessions across SIA and security qualifications Assess learner competence, progress, and understanding in line with awarding body standards Provide one-to-one mentoring, feedback, and support to promote achievement and confidence Maintain accurate records of learner attendance, progress, and assessment outcomes Contribute to curriculum design, review, and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure training meets all safeguarding, quality assurance, and health & safety requirements Support learners with functional skills, conflict management, and workplace readiness The Ideal Candidate You’ll be a confident, knowledgeable, and learner-focused Security Trainer / Assessor capable of inspiring and motivating learners.
