Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to manage customer accounts, ensure seamless order processing, and provide exceptional client support. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service.

Customer Service Executive – Responsibilities:
5. Process customer instructions accurately, ensuring timely despatch.
6. Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, internal teams, and operations to maintain service standards.
7. Provide expert guidance on distribution processes.
8. Manage a shared inbox, prioritising and escalating emails as needed.
9. Handle administrative tasks, including charge notes, collections, and delivery issue resolution.
10. Use in-house systems for warehouse management, shipping, and workflow tracking.
Customer Service Executive – Skills & Experience:
11. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
12. Excellent verbal and written communication.
13. Solid administrative and IT proficiency, including MS Office.
14. Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively.
15. Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
16. Adaptable, proactive, and a strong team player.
17. GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grade C or above).
