Location: Holmfirth
Pay: £25k - £26k p/a (Negotiable depending on experience)
Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday (37.5 Hours per Week)

Are you an experienced administrator with a customer-focused mindset, strong data processing skills and a high attention to detail?
Stafflex are currently working closely with a long-established business in the Holmfirth area to recruit an administrator to join their friendly office team. From their Holmfirth base, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in processes followed, and contribute to a high functioning team.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing daily orders and invoices.
Producing sales reports and updating pricing.
Responding to customer email enquiries.
Liaising with field-based team members.
General office administration and ad-hoc tasks.Key Qualifications and Experience Needed:
Previous and consistent experience in administration or sales administration roles.
Good understanding of following processes.
Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Proactive and positive approach to work.
