Maintenance Engineer Duties: * Days. (Flexi) * Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical plant and equipment. * Support continuous improvement and reliability projects across production lines. * Work on pumps, gearboxes, furnaces, presses and other bespoke process machinery. * Collaborate with the electrical team to minimise downtime and maintain safety standards. * Contribute to site upgrades, installations and machinery improvement projects. Maintenance Engineer Requirements: * Recognised electrical qualifications. * Time-served or qualified Mechanical Engineer (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent). * Experience in a manufacturing, chemical, or process environment. * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills on mechanical systems. * Confident working to planned maintenance schedules and responding to breakdowns. * Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and general fabrication/welding advantageous.
