The Role As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality components from engineering drawings. Youll be working to tight tolerances and deadlines, with a strong emphasis on maintaining exceptional standards at all times. Key Responsibilities Programme, set, and operate CNC machines from technical drawings Manufacture components to tight tolerances and high specifications Ensure all work meets strict quality standards Work efficiently to meet production deadlines Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a productive workshop environment About You Proven experience as a CNC Machinist Strong CNC and manual milling experience (essential) Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings High attention to detail and commitment to quality Flexible, reliable, and a strong team player Desirable (but not essential): Experience with Hurco CNC machines Familiarity with Siemens and/or Fanuc controls CNC turning experience Training can be provided for the right candidate with the right attitude and foundational skills.
