Duties for the role of Senior Architect:
* Take ownership of projects throughout all RIBA work stages
* Work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project goals
* Produce detailed design documentation and technically robust packages
* Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
Requirements for the role of Senior Architect:
* ARB registered
* Strong post part 3 qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
* Proficiency with AutoCAD is essential
* ArchiCAD experience is advantageous
* Job running experience
* Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
* Experience managing projects within the residential sector
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Peterborough area
