What We’re Looking For GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths & English and a Level 3 NQF qualification Experience in de-escalation techniques and a commitment to ongoing professional development The ability to inspire, motivate, and challenge students while promoting good progress A calm, authoritative communication style and strong classroom management skills Organisational skills, adaptability, and resilience in the face of challenges Ideally, experience in a care or pastoral role Above all – reliability, motivation, and the heart of a real-life Super Hero Oasis Academy Don Valley is a co-educational all-through Academy in Sheffield, welcoming students from Reception through to Year 11.
