Estate Agent Sales Negotiator
Basic salary £25,500 with on‑target earnings of £30,000.
We are looking for a high‑flying, talented Estate Agent Sales Negotiator for a high‑volume operation. The ideal candidate will be able to:
* Develop an in‑depth knowledge of their applicant base, matching buyers with sellers and identifying virtual sellers who may not wish to enter the market immediately but could consider a proposal from the right person.
* Drive regularly and possess a personal vehicle.
* Be a consummate deal maker who succeeds both in front of the client and in the background, using the telephone as the primary selling tool.
* Focus on the selling process from day one, employing trade tools to create income while balancing personal and team success through an attractive rewards structure.
Qualifications & Expectations
* Existing experience as an estate agent preferred.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Self‑motivated with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
