As a Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer, your role responsibilities will be:
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and vendors
9. Conduct viewing appointments and support the offer process
10. Manage sales progression
11. Collaborate with in-house mortgage, protection, and lettings teams to support cross-selling
To be considered for the Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer role, you must have:
12. At least 12 months’ experience as a sales negotiator
13. Proven ability to carry out valuations and win instructions
14. Full UK driving license
15. Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded
16. Strong integrity, professionalism, and interpersonal skills
17. Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
18. Excellent communication skills
