About the Role

Fantasy Island Resort, Lincolnshire's leading family theme park. Our resort
operates a wide range of bars and licensed venues across the site, supporting
live entertainment, events, and seasonal trading in a busy, dynamic
environment.
As Bar
Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of
multiple bar locations. This role is key to delivering excellent customer
service, maintaining compliance, managing stock and leading teams to create a
vibrant, safe and well-run bar operation across the resort.
Principal Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operation of multiple
bar venues, ensuring smooth service and high standards at all times.
* Recruit, train and manage bar teams,
including rota planning, supervision and performance management.
* Monitor stock levels, place orders, and
manage inventory to control costs and reduce waste.
* Ensure full compliance with licensing
laws, health and safety requirements, and food and hygiene standards.
* Develop and support promotions, events
and seasonal menus to drive sales and enhance guest experience.
* Handle customer feedback and resolve
issues promptly and professionally.
* Maintain accurate records, including cash
handling, stock control and sales reporting.
* Support senior management with
operational planning and continuous improvement across bar operations.

Experience and Skills
* Previous experience as a Bar Manager or
in a similar hospitality management role, ideally with 2 to 3 years'
experience.
* Strong knowledge of bar operations, drink
service, and mixology trends.
* Understanding of licensing laws and
health and safety requirements.
* Excellent communication, organisational
and people management skills.
