About the Role
We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work in primary and secondary schools across Winsford and the surrounding areas. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils’ learning and development while gaining valuable experience within education.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
* Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities
* Supporting children with additional needs (SEND experience welcomed but not essential)
* Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in the classroom
* Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Requirements
* Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting (desirable)
* A caring, patient, and reliable approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 or 3 TA) are advantageous but not essential
