Hey, welcome to FOUNDRY. We are a fast-growing coworking brand with our next location launching in Hove. We are looking for a Memberships Manager Operations & Community Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
Community:
* Engage in the local community in Brighton & Hove by attending events and networking with local businesses and organisations.
* Being responsible for our coworking management software - Nexudus.
* Developing networks with potential customers and managing relationships with current members. Communicate effectively and timely with potential customers.
* Develop community initiatives designed to create connections between members, including introductions and overseeing events.
* Oversee events to ensure there is a good balance of community, educational, member events, and lead generating and sales-related events and to review for adequate procedural safeguards for the protection of members and company assets.
* Maintaining and managing relations and the wider Members and Hove Gardens team.
Operations:
* Oversee the operations for FOUNDRY Hove.
* Ensure regular checks for compliance with building regulations and safety protocols, including Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems.
* Supervise move-ins and move-outs for quality experience.
* Support with expense management for the location, operations specifically.
* Know and be able to implement location safety plans, i.e. fire and emergency plans.
* Overseeing and scheduling a team rota.
* Organising, planning and overseeing day-to-day activities and management of all operational and administrative activities.
* Preparing and submission of reports that outline operations progress and management information on a timely basis to Senior Management Team. Preparation of ad hoc reports to support Senior Management Team
Required skills and qualifications
* Expertise in managing day-to-day operations including overseeing facilities, resources, and team management.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with members, ensuring a positive community atmosphere.
* Knowledge of maintaining physical spaces, including routine inspections, maintenance scheduling, and vendor management.
* Proficient in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
* Understanding of budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting for operational activities.
* Ability to adapt to new technology tools and improve operational workflows.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
