Contract Type: Full-Time, Fixed term contract (3 months)
Salary: £24k per annum
Your Role
As a Service Administrator, you'll be essential to the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing telephone and in-person enquiries with professionalism
Handling data entry, reporting, and analysis using Microsoft CRM and Excel
Maintaining accurate records, processing referrals, and supporting financial tasks such as invoice tracking and petty cash
Assisting with internal projects and service user engagement activities
Creating a welcoming and efficient front-of-house environment

Experienced in office administration and customer service
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
A strong communicator with excellent multitasking skills
