The Role
As a School Administrator, you will be an integral part of the school office team, supporting the day-to-day operations of the school and ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes. You will work closely with staff, students, parents and external agencies, providing excellent front-of-house service and accurate administrative support.
* Managing incoming calls, emails and visitors at reception
* Supporting attendance, admissions and data entry tasks
* Maintaining accurate student records using SIMS or similar systems
* Producing letters, reports and general correspondence
* Assisting with school events, trips, and communication with families
* Providing administrative support to senior leaders and teaching staff as required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Previous experience working in a school office or administrative environment
* Confidence using SIMS or similar school management information systems (training can be provided)
* Excellent communication, IT and organisational skills
* A professional and friendly manner, with the ability to work well under pressure
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
