Job Description
If you love design coordination, stakeholder management and navigating complex planning processes....
We have an opportunity for you to move and take the lead… managing projects from vision to handover and seeing your decisions shape every stage of delivery.
This is your chance to join a fast-growing, design-led property firm delivering some of the UK’s most sought-after private residences.
These are multi-million-pound homes that blend historic character with contemporary luxury… from Grade I/II listed properties in prime central London to high-end countryside refurbishments worth over £5m.
Here…. design excellence and delivery precision go hand in hand. You’ll still use your architectural eye but you will also take full ownership of the programme, budget and overall delivery… ensuring each project is completed to the highest standard, on time and within target profit margins.
What You Will Be Doing…
* Leading planning, design development, and delivery for high-value, heritage-sensitive residential projects.
* Securing Licenses to Alter and guiding pre-planning applications through local authority processes.
* Coordinating with heritage consultants, M&E engineers, architects and structural consultants.
* Appointing Party Wall Surveyors and managing neighbouring matters with discretion and diplomacy.
* Advising clients on value engineering options that enhance efficiency without compromising design integrity.
* Overseeing contractor performance, tracking programmes against licensing and approval schedules, and conducting detailed cost reviews.
What We’re Looking For…
* ARB/RIBA-qualified Architect or equivalent background with demonstrable project management experience in high-end residential projects.
* Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
* Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, planning amendments and heritage constraints.
* Commercially aware, with a track record of delivering projects on time and through a commercial lens (within budget).
* Organised, proactive and ready to thrive in a high-growth, fast-moving environment where your input shapes both projects and the business.
Applicants will need to provide evidence of…
* Previous experience producing or significantly contributing to a project programme… and managing associated PM tasks and documentation to drive project delivery.
* Proven ability to work on and manage challenging projects within the high-end / prime residential sector in the UK, ideally with experience in central London.
* Experience navigating heritage considerations, licensing processes and stakeholder negotiations with tact and efficiency.
* Clear examples of how you’ve balanced design integrity with commercial performance.
Why This Role?...
This is more than a project management job… it’s a chance to pivot into the client side in a boutique, scaling firm where your expertise will be recognised, your impact visible and your career growth accelerated.
You will have a direct hand in shaping exceptional private residences while helping to grow a business that’s making its mark in the most exclusive parts of the market.
