Recruit4staff are representing an established manufacturing business in their search for a Fabricator Welder to work in Oswestry
Job Details:
* Pay: £30,680 (Up to 5% bonuses twice a year, £200 worth of vouchers at Christmas)
* Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm
1 x 15 min break in the morning
1 x 30 min break in afternoon
* Duration: Permanent
* Benefits: Standard 3% pension, 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays (rising to 23), Employee mental health service
Job Role: As a Fabricator Welder, you will be responsible for the fabrication of plastic catchpits and bespoke fabrications, as well as the internal steelwork for custom chambers. You will interpret engineer drawings, handle general assembly of wheel barrows and ATV trailers, and support ISO audits by completing quality check sheets. Additional duties include assisting with warehouse operations and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will report to the production and warehouse manager.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
* Mig welding experience
* Previous experience in a similar role
* The ability to work from technical drawings
* Driving Licence (Due to Location)
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
* Confined spaces certificate
* CSCS
* FLT
* Abrasive wheels
* Experience in plastic welding
