This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-known Self Storage company who specialise in creating the best solutions for home & businesses in need of extra storage space or looking for a removal company in the Manchester area
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team who can work as part of a team or individually. Main responsibilities would be for providing removals services for customers from business or residential properties, into or out of storage, Key holding & general warehouse work, Experience is not essential as full training would be given.
We are looking for someone with a good work ethic & can-do attitude to ensure that jobs are carried out professionally from start to finish
In this role you will be responsible for.
* Taking household goods into or out of storage.
* Dismantling some items of furniture.
* Loading items into the van safely and securing items
* Driving to the new location, unloading the items, reassembling large items and placing them where the customer wants them.
* General work around site between collections
* Key Holding
Requirements
Applicant must have a full clean UK driving license held for 5 years or more
Fork lift Truck license preferred but not essential, as training would be provided
Experience in removals preferred but not essential.
Must be physically fit & confident as the role will involve dealing with members of the public on a day to day basis
Additional information
* Starting basic rate at £25,000 per annum
* Hours Required: 35.5 Hours per week :Mon to Thu 9am to 5pm
* Sunday :10am till 3.30pm
