As part of our Commercial Excellence team in the Northern European Hub (NEH), we seek a Business Intelligence Analyst passionate about transforming data into insights, data architecture, and process optimization. This role involves responsibilities across CRM, data quality, AI-driven innovation, and market intelligence. You will work hands-on with Salesforce, supporting users and platform development. Key Responsibilities
1. CRM Management & Commercial Analytics
o Support daily operations, development, and optimization of CRM systems including Salesforce and Pitcher.
o Participate in testing new features and platform improvements.
o Provide user support and contribute to training initiatives.
o Analyze and share data to understand platform adoption, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
o Identify behavioral trends to support go-to-market strategies.
2. Data Quality & Integrity
o Ensure accuracy and completeness of CRM data across SAP CRM and Salesforce.
o Conduct data quality checks and support data cleansing.
o Collaborate with users to promote data governance.
3. Business Intelligence & Reporting
o Create reports and dashboards using Power BI and Salesforce Analytics.
o Analyze data to generate actionable insights.
4. AI & Digital Tools
o Leverage AI solutions for predictive analytics, automated insights, and anomaly detection.
o Automate routine reports and explore new tools for BI/CRM ecosystems.
5. Market Intelligence & Strategy Support
o Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
o Support development of market insight reports and dashboards.
o Assist in strategic reviews and commercial planning using data.
Who You Are

* Excellent communicator capable of explaining insights to diverse audiences.
* Passionate about data, BI, and digital transformation.
* Bachelor’s degree in business, data & tech, or related field.
* Adaptable to dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP CRM), Power BI, Alteryx, or similar tools.
* Previous roles in data analysis or sales operations.
* Exposure to AI tools, data modeling, and automation technologies.
