The Export Compliance Analyst ensures compliance with applicable regulations (USITC, OFAC, DDTC, AECA, ITAR) for export of Company products. This includes adherence to and maintenance of company procedures, documentation, and execution of required activities. This role also owns internal training for compliance and manages duty drawback activity. Responsibilities include the following:

Conduct RPS Screening / Review Approvals for new customers, suppliers, etc.

Requirements:

Associates Degree in Business or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

7 to 10 years' experience and strong understanding of export compliance regulations; high mix product environment preferred

Working knowledge of ITAR, EAR99, and related processes

Highly organized with attention to detail.

Communicates effectively (written/verbal) with high level of professionalism.

Strong problem solving skills.
This position may require access to United States export controlled technical data ("CTD") and hardware under the Departments of US State (ITAR) and/or Commerce (EAR).
