You’ll see patients of all ages, from young kids to older adults in their 90s, treating everything from stroke rehab and post-op recovery to balance issues and farming injuries. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys rolling with the day, pitching in where needed, and finding purpose in the variety.**We also know that not everyone lives in Chester, so we’re happy to talk about a schedule that makes sense for you if you’re coming in from another town.**### **What You’ll Do as Supervisor of Therapy Services*** Lead and support a small team of therapy professionals, with a focus on physical therapy* Deliver direct patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings* Coordinate staffing and schedules to meet the needs of a diverse patient population* Audit documentation and billing for accuracy and compliance* Oversee hiring, training, evaluations, and staff development* Help guide department planning, budgeting, and quality efforts### **Who We’re Looking For*** Licensed Physical Therapist in Montana* At least 1 year of leadership experience* At least 1 year of clinical experience in a therapy setting* Current CPR certification* Strong communicator who works well with others and leads with professionalism* Someone who values small-town life and thrives in a setting where every day brings something newThis role is more than just a leadership opportunity.
