Arena Media
The Client Services team is at the heart of everything we do, serving as the main liaison for our clients. We work with clients on day-to-day projects and help build a pipeline of work for the agency by spotting opportunities for growth within their businesses.
You will be part of our busy Client services team, providing support to the rest of the team across a range of activities, including:
* Supporting projects from inception to delivery
* Conducting research
* Attending team and client meetings
* Compiling status and contact reports
* Financial tracking of projects
* Working with other departments to support the development of media campaigns and creative work
You will work on:
* Supporting the team with audience work and competitor reporting
* Getting under the skin of our audiences across each city we activate in
* Supporting the team in planning and coming up with creative and innovative media ideas
* Supporting on general business as usual work and activities

This is a 'hybrid' role, which means you will work some time in the office and some time from home. The exact split will depend on the team and work tasks.
