To ensure the wellbeing of individuals living in the community by supervising, maintaining, and developing the standards of care and practice of care at home staff. The role involves providing care to individuals in the community in a flexible, efficient, and effective manner to enable them to live as independently as possible.
The post holder will play a key role in supporting and promoting a reablement approach across the service. They will assist the Supervisor (Care at Home) in the ongoing development of the service to support the change agenda associated with supporting individuals with complex needs within the community.
