Role: 1st Line IT Engineer
Location: London (client-facing with site visits)
Salary: Up to £30,000 + bonus

Our client, a leading provider of managed IT and connectivity services, is looking for a 1st Line IT Engineer to join their growing support team.
This role offers the opportunity to work across a varied client base, gaining exposure to multiple technologies while building your technical skillset in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
What you’ll do
* Provide 1st line support across desktop, server, and network environments
* Take ownership of incoming service desk tickets and see issues through to resolution
* Troubleshoot across Windows, Mac, and remote desktop environments
* Support Microsoft technologies including Office 365, Exchange, and Active Directory
* Carry out system checks, monitoring, and documentation updates
You’ll work closely with internal technical teams and external clients to deliver a high-quality support service, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
What we’re looking for
* Experience in a service desk or MSP environment
* Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and remote desktop services
* Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP)
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
