Role and Responsibilities:
1. Plan, develop, and deliver high-quality lessons using various approaches to continually enhance teaching and learning.
2. Monitor student progress, keep records of assessments and targets, and ensure all students reach their full potential in line with Academy policies.
3. Contribute to safeguarding and promote the welfare and personal care of children and young people, adhering to Every Child Matters and Area Child Protection Procedures.
4. Ensure continuity, progression, and cohesiveness in all teaching activities.
5. Set homework regularly, in accordance with the Academy's policy, to consolidate learning and encourage student responsibility.
6. Track student achievement against targets and take appropriate actions to support progress.
7. Be a role model through personal presentation and professional conduct.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in ICT or a related field.
* Teaching certification or relevant qualifications.
* Proven experience teaching ICT at secondary or higher education levels.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
