house extensions, loft conversions, and new builds
to
kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, electrical work, and property maintenance
– we cover every aspect of construction and property care. Our clients include homeowners, landlords, businesses, councils, and housing associations.
We're now looking for a
detail-driven, highly organised Administrator
to support our expanding team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and update project records & documentation
* Liaise with site teams to ensure smooth operations
* Handle client calls and communications
* Support procurement & supplier management (quotes, orders, services)
* Manage compliance records & documentation
* Provide general admin support across projects
* Prioritise varied daily demands while staying calm & organised
About You
We're seeking someone who thrives in a busy role, with strong organisational and communication skills.
Requirements:
* 2–3 years' admin experience (preferably in construction/building services, housing, or project management)
* Confident in Microsoft Office & Teams
* Excellent multitasking, planning & time management
* A proactive team player, able to work independently
* Strong communication skills and a professional approach
