About the business unit:
The Energy unit provides services across sectors such as hydropower, nuclear, waste, renewable, and transmission & distribution networks, supporting the energy transition globally through integrated project lifecycle services.
Role overview:
* Assist in project delivery from planning to construction.
* Model volumetric earthworks and schedules.
* Model alignments, corridors, and assemblies.
* Balance cut and fill volumes, perform volume calculations, and analyze stage storage.
* Produce related plans and cross-sectional drawings.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
* Experience with Civil 3D features such as grading, surfaces, corridors, assemblies, alignments, and quantity take-offs is essential.
Candidate specifications:
Skills and experience:
* Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D.
* Interest in 3D design and modeling.
* Enthusiasm to learn new technologies.
* Ability to manage workload effectively.
* Ownership of issues and autonomous problem-solving.
Preferred but not essential:
* Civil engineering design experience.
* Experience with Navisworks, Revit, ACC.
* Knowledge of industry modeling standards.
* EngTech TMICE or similar qualification.
