The Role:
As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient production across the site. Working within a dynamic engineering team, you’ll be responsible for:
* Carrying out both electrical and mechanical maintenance on a range of production equipment
* Diagnosing faults and resolving breakdowns quickly and effectively to minimise downtime
* Supporting continuous improvement (CI) and reliability projects
* Conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards
About You:
We’re looking for a proactive and adaptable engineer who thrives in a fast-moving manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven multi-skilled experience across electrical and mechanical maintenance
* An NVQ Level 3 qualification or above in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Multi-Skilled)
* Experience within an FMCG or similar manufacturing environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, team-focused attitude
