Do you want to play a key role in delivering our marketing, communications, and engagement strategy?
In this newly created, second role, you will support activities across internal and external stakeholders and the broader public.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting the Communications and Marketing Lead to deliver the organisation's marketing, communications, and engagement strategy.
2. Creating engaging content for various internal and external communications, including intranet, email campaigns, website, social media, print, and blogs.
3. Collaborating with key stakeholders to increase engagement and develop content for internal and external communications.
4. Supporting communication projects and change initiatives.
5. Building and maintaining a content calendar for multiple content streams and events across channels.
6. Planning, promoting, and delivering events such as the quarterly Managers Conference, Annual Awards, colleague engagement activities, Big Thank You Day, and external events.
7. Ensuring consistency with brand tone, voice, and visual identity, adhering to brand guidelines, and embedding Bright Future's values.
8. Managing engaging content across media platforms to support communication goals.
9. Performing other marketing or communication duties to support the team and organizational goals.
Candidate Requirements:
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
* 1-2 years of experience in marketing/communications roles.
* Experience managing social media and creating platform-specific content.
* Proficiency with digital tools like Canva, Mailchimp, etc.
* Proactive in seeking information to increase clarity and identify opportunities.
* Experience with CMS (e.g., WordPress) and CRM systems is preferred but not essential.
