We are looking for someone who can build AI systems with governance built in -not just advise on it.This role is for a high-calibre operator (ex-Accenture, Big 4, or equivalent) who can step into a client environment, understand the problem quickly, and deliver working AI solutions with controls embedded from day one.If you prefer writing frameworks over building systems, this is not the role. What you’ll do Design and build AI-enabled workflows with governance and controls embedded Translate regulatory and risk requirements into real, working implementations Implement controls such as: Prompt security & injection safeguards Data access and lineage controls Output filtering and monitoring Human-in-the-loop checkpoints Work directly with clients to turn unclear requirements into deployed solutions Iterate quickly: prototype → test → refine → deploy Run adversarial testing and validation as part of delivery Own delivery end-to-end — then move on to the next challenge What we’re looking for Background in consulting Proven ability to build and deliver — not just advise Strong understanding of AI systems, workflows, or LLM-based applications Ability to translate governance, risk, or compliance requirements into technical controls Excellent communication — comfortable with senior stakeholders Fast, structured thinker who can operate in ambiguity Strong bias for execution and iteration speed Python-based AI prototyping and system integration (LLMs, APIs, basic cloud), with controls implemented in-code What makes this role different You will build, not write decks Governance is not theoretical — it is implemented in production systems Short, high-impact engagements — not long transformation programs High autonomy, high expectations, no layers Years of experience 4-7 years
