The Role
* Act as the senior finance lead for the region, partnering closely with operational and regional leadership
* Drive budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis across multiple sites
* Provide clear, commercially focused insight to support decision‑making and growth initiatives
* Lead and develop the regional finance team
* Support integration, process improvement and value creation initiatives
* Ensure strong financial controls, governance and compliance
About You
You will bring:
* Full qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
* Significant experience in senior finance leadership
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence non‑financial stakeholders
* Experience in multi‑site, professional services, legal or similar environments (preferred)
* Exposure to private equity–backed or high‑growth organisations (advantageous)
* A hands‑on, pragmatic approach and confidence operating in a dynamic, evolving setting
