Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Early Years Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive Early Years setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong behaviour management skills who is passionate about helping young children flourish. About the Role As a successful candidate, you will hold a Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education and have significant experience managing challenging behaviour in young children. You will work closely with children, families, and staff to ensure every pupil receives the highest standard of care and education.
