The Role
As a Bid Writer, you’ll be responsible for producing clear, compelling, and competitive proposals that align with strategic growth priorities. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will identify, develop, and submit bids across key funding areas such as:

 Adult Skills Fund (ASF), Skills Bootcamps, and DWP Employability contracts
 * 
 Apprenticeships and adult learning frameworks
You will:
 * 
 Research, evaluate, and prioritise upcoming tenders and opportunities.
 * 
 Write high-quality, persuasive responses tailored to funding requirements.
 * 
 Collaborate with operational experts to gather information and success evidence.
 * 
 Maintain a central bid library to ensure consistent and compliant submissions.
 * 
 Track outcomes and provide post-bid feedback and analysis to improve future performance.
Ideal Candidate
We’d love to hear from you if you have:

 Proven experience writing successful bids within Employability, Skills, or Adult Learning.
 * 
 A solid understanding of funding streams such as ASF, Skills Bootcamps, AEB, and DWP.
 * 
 Excellent written communication and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
 * 
 The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with confidence.
 * 
 Strong stakeholder management and teamwork abilities.
 * 
 A proactive, analytical, and outcome-focused mindset.
