GSL Education are currently seeking a committed Key Stage 1 Teacher to work in a reputable school in Grimsby. This role is ideal for experienced teachers and ECTs who are enthusiastic about creating an engaging and nurturing learning environment for Key Stage 1 pupils.
Role Overview:
As a KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons tailored to the needs of your pupils. You will foster a safe and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.
Role Responsibilities:
* Plan, deliver, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Monitor pupil progress and provide regular feedback to pupils and parents.
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff and school leadership.
* Uphold strong behaviour management and safeguarding practices.
Candidate Requirements:
* Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable.
* Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 is desirable.
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
* A commitment to supporting the academic and personal development of every child.
* Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
