Salary: £37,870 – £56,154 per year (MPS/UPS dependent on experience)
Start Date: 16 March 2026 (or earlier by negotiation)

Teach Now is recruiting two talented Mathematics Teachers to join a well-established secondary school in Enfield, North London. This is an excellent opportunity for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced educators looking to develop within a supportive and ambitious maths department.
As a Mathematics Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality lessons and helping students build confidence, problem-solving skills, and strong mathematical understanding across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with KS5 opportunities available).
The Role
The successful Mathematics Teacher will:
• Teach engaging and well-structured Mathematics lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
• Plan and deliver lessons that challenge and motivate students
• Contribute to strong GCSE outcomes
• Use assessment data to inform teaching and targeted interventions
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and academic achievement
• Work collaboratively within a supportive Mathematics department
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a Mathematics Teacher who:
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is completing teacher training
• Has strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Mathematics
• Demonstrates effective classroom management and engaging teaching
• Is committed to raising attainment and closing learning gaps
• Is reflective, resilient, and motivated to develop professionally
• Applications from ECTs are warmly welcomed, with mentoring and structured support available.

Salary will be determined based on experience and position on the Main Pay Range. The maximum salary is applicable to candidates with substantial teaching experience equivalent to U3.
