Portfolio Management: Oversight of up to 8 sites, with direct reporting to an Operations Director. The role encompasses financial management, sales strategy, team development, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Brand Enhancement: Working with an already successful brand, the focus is on introducing new service points and refining the overall offering. The candidate's seasoned experience is deemed invaluable for this task.
Team Development: Aligned with a brand committed to internal development, the role requires a shift in thinking towards service standards. The emphasis is on team development and coaching to achieve optimum results and service excellence and enhancing sales.
Resilient Leadership: The ideal candidate will be a resilient and adaptable leader, well-versed in guiding businesses through transformation and possessing change management experience.
