What will you be doing?
As a Social Media Designer/Content Creator you will be
1. Creating engaging and timely multimedia content tailored to B2B audiences across external and (potentially) internal platforms, aligned to LCP’s brand tone, audience interests, and business goals
2. Repurposing long-form thought leadership content and brand campaigns into accessible, shareable formats for a range of digital and social media use
3. Contributing to content planning and scheduling to maintain a consistent flow of high-quality posts and campaigns.
4. Shooting, editing and delivering quick turnaround, short-form video in multiple formats (this may require additional time in office or on location at certain times of the year)Design and share social media templates for the wider team using Adobe Express and similar tools
5. Supporting production and amplification of our podcast suite (with an external production partner), helping maximise reach and impact
6. Collaborating with marketing, design, PR & comms, HR and recruitment colleagues to ensure message and brand consistency
7. Working with internal experts and influencers to turn technical topics into compelling stories and help build their confidence as content creators and/or spokespeople
8. Assisting with day-to-day management of social channels, including posting, monitoring engagement and responding to comments where appropriate.
9. Following internal review and approval processes to ensure compliance with brand, legal and regulatory standards.
10. Tracking and report content performance, using data to improve output and engagement
11. Seeking out new ideas, tools and approaches to enhance our content and develop your own skills
12. Ensuring all content is accurate, on-brand and delivered to deadline
What skills and experience are we looking for?
Essential -
13. Strong experience creating and editing short video content
14. Experience designing customisable templates for social media assets
15. Familiarity with Adobe Express, Canva, Premiere Pro, CapCut or related tools
16. Understanding of B2B audiences and how to engage them
17. Proven ability to plan and deliver content that drives reach and engagement
18. Comfortable working onsite and collaboratively with a fast-paced team
19. Excellent attention to detail — able to proof, polish and refine
Desirable -
20. Confident writer and editor with an ear for tone and clarity
21. Experience with LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or similar
22. Experience amplifying podcasts or events content
23. Working with subject matter experts or professional services firms
24. Basic analytics or reporting knowledge
