The Role As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key part in keeping everything running smoothly — acting as the crucial link between suppliers and customers to ensure equipment is delivered and collected efficiently across the UK. Your key responsibilities will include: Working with an approved list of suppliers to source the right equipment for customer needs Coordinating logistics — ensuring machinery is delivered and off-hired to the correct locations on time Tracking and logging all equipment movements (what, where, and when) Building and maintaining strong working relationships with both customers and suppliers Managing multiple ongoing projects simultaneously across the UK This is a hands-on, dynamic role suited to someone who thrives on problem-solving, staying organised, and keeping operations running like clockwork.
