Provide Technical expertise at a local project level for operational and development Programs to enable and deliver zero defect projects utilizing engineering and problem-solving skills. Provides technical expertise to rapidly solve issues pertaining to vendor schedule and/or quality. Development of the manufacturing system through process and tools to deliver a conforming product. As required assist and advice on the instruction of new products, and/or modifications to existing products and associated tooling. Assist in the definition of manufacturing facilities and equipment requirements. Providing support for the introduction of new facilities and equipment. Drive and participate in problem resolution, support problem definition, customer containment, and root cause analysis, corrective and preventative actions. Assist and advise on the implementation of key projects and/or CI programs. Develop the required control plans to confirm conformance and capability. Sub Function Specific: Product ME. Provide local project technical oversight for the development of manufacturing process solutions to complex problems through: Local project technical lead for the implementation of production planning, from original concept through to production. Design these processes to a high level of process capability through utilizing the Client standard Zero Defect Manufacturing (ZDM) tool suite. Implement the global process for product development, first article development, configuration changes, build process definition and implementation.
