What you’ll be doing
As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will:
1. Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure (Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, DynamoDB, EC2, ECS/ECR, S3, WAF, Certificate Manager, Route53, Cognito, Load Balancers).
2. Ensure security compliance and best practices across all AWS resources.
3. Manage AEM releases and Adobe Cloud Service administration.
4. Build and maintain Terraform/Pulumi infrastructure-as-code (IaC) scripts for automated deployments.
5. Monitor applications and infrastructure using Dynatrace and handle incident response via PagerDuty.
6. Administer DevOps and CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube) to design and maintain pipelines.
7. Develop and deploy end-to-end applications (Node.js, Java) to meet evolving business and technical requirements.
8. Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to deliver high-availability, scalable cloud solutions.
9. Support out-of-hours releases, with time in lieu provided.
The skills you’ll need
Essential:
10. Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud security best practices.
11. Proficient in serverless architecture (Lambda, API Gateway) and containerized applications (ECS, ECR).
12. Proficiency in object‑oriented programming (e.g., Python, TypeScript, Java, or similar).
13. Skilled in Terraform or Pulumi for infrastructure automation.
Required:
14. Knowledge of monitoring, alerting, and incident management tools (Dynatrace, PagerDuty).
15. Strong experience in CI/CD pipeline management (GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube).
16. Solid understanding of security policies, WAF, Certificate Manager, Cognito, and load balancing.
17. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
18. Willingness to work out-of-hours during release windows.
19. Proficiency in Node.js and Java application deployment.
20. Experience with AEM release management and Adobe Cloud Service administration (training available if needed).
Preferred:
21. AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional, AWS Solutions Architect).
22. Experience with multi-region, high-availability AWS architectures.
