Duties
* Support with setting up project folders and maintaining document control.
* Carry out data entry, update registers, and keep records of meetings.
* Assist in preparing tender documents, pricing, and scope of works.
* Help obtain quotations, analyse subcontractor pricing, and update tender submissions.
* Contribute to programme preparation, material take-offs, and standard tender requirements.
* Provide support during site visits, client meetings, and project handovers.
* Maintain libraries and databases, including estimating rates.
* Assist in reviewing contracts, managing enquiries, and supporting supply chain relationships.
* Take part in lessons-learned reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
The Person
* Computer literate and proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
* Must be a hardworking individual who is willing to learn
* Must have effective written and verbal communication
* Some industry experience is beneficial but not essential
* High attention to detail with good organisational skills
* Able to manage time effectively and work to deadlines
The Specifics
* Location: Morley, Leeds and hybrid of home working where applicable
* Hours: 08:00am 17:00pm
* Contract: Full-time/Permanent
* Salary: £28,500 £34,000. Negotiable depending on experience
