This is a new post and its main responsibilities will be; To contribute to the smooth running of the office environment. Working closely with the wider team to ensure onboarding of staff through the recruitment process. Audit documentation for compliance purposes in line with regulatory standards and maintain this. Be responsible for developing and managing electronic tracking systems relating to the above as well as ensuring that policies and processes are adhered to and that documentation, together with electronic records in relation to both staff and service users conform to legislation in accordance with Required Standards. JOB DESCRIPTION: Answer incoming telephone enquiries to the agreed Caremark standard Maintain electronic monitoring systems Ensure compliance with all office systems and procedures. Assist in the production of reports and management information as required. Undertake duties in relation to the recruitment process, dealing with enquiries, booking into interview, carrying out interviews for a range of roles within the organisation, managing the reference process, processing Access NI applications and monitoring disclosures, supporting successful candidates with NISCC registrations, compiling electronic staff files and help to develop and attend recruitment campaigns. Maintain up to date knowledge of legislation surrounding required monitoring and compliance requirements of the care industry Disseminate any new requirements to all staff Liaise with care and support workers and Field Care Supervisors to address areas of improvement Maintain up to date records of audits carried out to identify patterns or trends Maintain up to date electronic records of staff and service users documentation relating to requirements Ensure there are sufficient, compliant workers available to support both the immediate and forecast needs of the business This is not an exhaustive list of requirements for this post and the post holder may be required to undertake other duties as deemed appropriate ACCESS NI police check required About The Role Qualifications/experience Essential: GSCEs or equivalent in English and Maths Experience in an admin background Good communication skills Excellent telephone manner Ability to work as part of as team Ability to use initiative Strong work ethic Desirable: HR experience Experience in conducting interviews Knowledge of recruitment and advertising Experience in quality monitoring, auditing and compliance Additional Information 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday (Weekend work may be required).
