Enterprise Business Development Representative - Remote
A global leader in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Asset Performance Management (APM) solutions.
This is a high-impact role suited for someone with 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development (preferably in SaaS or tech) who is eager to advance their career in enterprise sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach:
* Prospect and generate qualified leads via email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.
* Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points and determine solution fit.
Sales Support:
* Book meetings and demos for the Business Development Managers.
* Coordinate closely with Marketing to follow up on campaigns, events, and webinars.
CRM & Reporting:
* Maintain accurate activity and client records in the CRM system.
* Track progress against monthly KPIs and Sales Approved Opportunities (SAOs).
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 2+ years in B2B business development or sales (preferably SaaS or technology).
* Strong communicator, confident, engaging senior decision-makers.
* Curious, proactive, and highly motivated to learn and perform.
* Familiar with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator.
* Comfortable working in Enterprise deals and longer sales cycles.
Career Path
* Top performers in this role typically progress to BDM or Account Executive roles within 12–18 months.
